Terms of Service

What this site is
questionzero.ai is the informational website of Qzero, the advisory practice of Oscar Caducén. Using the site means accepting these terms. There are no accounts, no purchases, and no user content here — the site presents the practice and receives your messages, nothing more.
Content, not advice
Everything published here — the method descriptions, the strategic brief, the insights — is general information, offered to be thought with. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. Advisory work happens inside an engagement, under its own agreement.
Intellectual property
The site's content, the Qzero mark, and the Question Zero material are the property of Qzero. You are welcome to quote with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial parts commercially without permission.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it stands. We aim for accuracy and availability but promise neither uninterrupted service nor error-free content, and accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the site's general content alone. (The method itself would tell you: define the problem before committing — a website is not that definition.)
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, with disputes settled by Swedish courts. Questions? Write to contact@questionzero.ai.
